In 1984, Robin Hirsch, Director of Photography and Imagecraft founder, left NBC news in Miami and arrived in Los Angeles to begin working as a DP for Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. Over the next 15 plus years the growth of Imagecraft paralleled the explosion of first cable tv and then reality tv.
In 1996, Robin met Jason Been and together they built the Imagecraft that is in existence today. With offices in Burbank, two equipment warehouses, and a staff of production coordinators and equipment technicians, Imagecraft continues to be a major player in the world of production equipment rental and support services, but we are proud to say that our level of service remains the same.
